Booking terms

Last updated: 24 August 2026

This translation is provided for information. In case of discrepancy, the French version prevails.

These terms govern the letting of the furnished holiday flat "Le CinéSTAY", at 1 rue de l'École, 67300 Schiltigheim, operated by STAYFLEX IMMO.

Purpose and occupancy

The flat is let furnished on a short-term basis for temporary residential use. It sleeps 2 guests at most, and that number may not be exceeded, even briefly. Outside visitors are not allowed.

Bookings are personal. The person who books is present throughout the stay and is answerable for compliance with these terms.

Booking and payment

A booking becomes firm once the amount shown at confirmation has been paid by card. Payment is processed by Stripe: card details pass through neither this site nor our servers.

A confirmation is sent by email as soon as the booking is recorded. If it does not arrive, please contact us before your arrival.

Prices, taxes and fees

The displayed price covers the nights booked and the cleaning fee. Tourist tax is collected on behalf of the local authority, calculated at the applicable municipal rate, and added to the total before payment. People under 18 are exempt.

Minibar drinks are not included in the price of the stay. They are charged separately at the rate displayed in the flat.

Cancellation and changes

Bookings are firm and final. Once payment has been made, no cancellation, date change or refund is possible, whatever the reason, including no-show or early departure.

Taking out cancellation insurance is therefore strongly advised, through your insurer or your bank: some payment cards include such cover.

Under article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, accommodation services supplied on a specified date are not subject to the fourteen-day right of withdrawal.

Arrival and departure

Check-in is from 17:00, unassisted, using a key box whose code is sent the day before. Check-out is by 11:00 at the latest.

A late departure that has not been agreed may result in an additional night being charged, as the flat must be made ready for the next arrival.

Security deposit

A security deposit of €500 covers any damage to the flat and its contents. How it is taken and released is explained with your access instructions, before you arrive.

It is neither a deposit against the price nor a surcharge, and is retained in whole or in part only against evidence of damage found after your departure.

House rules

The flat is entirely non-smoking. Pets are not allowed. Parties and events are prohibited, and quiet is required from 10 pm: the building is lived in all year round.

The audiovisual equipment and the popcorn machine are provided in working order. Any damage found after departure is charged to the guest, with supporting evidence.

Streaming accounts

The television gives access to streaming apps. No subscription is provided: guests use their own accounts and are responsible for signing out before leaving. No liability is accepted for a session left open.

Liability and insurance

Guests are liable for damage they cause to the flat and its contents. You are advised to check that your insurance covers short-term lets.

No liability is accepted for theft or loss of personal belongings in the flat.

Complaints and mediation

Complaints should be sent in writing to gestion@stayflex-immo.com. If no amicable solution is reached within sixty days, the consumer may refer the matter free of charge to the consumer mediation body: CM2C, 49 rue de Ponthieu, 75008 Paris, https://www.cm2c.net/declarer-un-litige.php.

The European online dispute resolution platform is available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable settlement, the French courts have jurisdiction.
