This page sets out the personal data processed when you visit this site or make a booking, why it is processed, and the rights available to you.

Data collected
When booking: name, email address, phone number, stay dates, number of guests, and any message you leave.
No card details are collected or stored by us: entry takes place within Stripe’s secure components.
Purposes and legal bases
Booking data is processed to perform the letting contract: confirmation, sending access instructions, invoicing, and support during the stay.
Accounting and tax obligations require invoices to be kept for ten years.
Audience measurement is enabled only after explicit consent, never before.
Recipients
Data is passed only to the providers required: STAYCore for booking management, Stripe for payment, Vercel Inc. for hosting the site. No data is sold or shared for advertising purposes.
Retention
Booking data is kept for three years after the last stay, except for accounting records, which are kept for ten years as required by law.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. Exercise these rights at gestion@stayflex-immo.com; we respond within one month.
If a disagreement persists, a complaint may be lodged with the French data protection authority, CNIL, at www.cnil.fr.
Cookies and audience measurement
No measurement or advertising cookie is set until you accept. Declining leaves the site fully usable.
The stay dates you select are kept in your browser’s session storage so you do not have to enter them again. They never leave your device and disappear when you close the tab.
